WSP Australia is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our Melbourne team. As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering electrical design solutions for complex projects. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to innovative designs, and help shape the future of our Building Services team.

What you’ll do

• Design with impact: Deliver electrical design for projects across sectors like data centres, healthcare, rail, commercial, and tertiary education.
• Collaborate and learn: Work closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Engage with clients: Support client communication and help maintain strong relationships.
• Drive quality: Apply best practices to achieve optimal results for clients, focusing on efficiency and innovation.

What you bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5+ years’ experience in building services projects (consulting environment preferred).
• Strong technical skills in electrical design and documentation.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC).
