About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer with expertise in sewerage network modelling and calibration. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning and managing sewerage infrastructure projects, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sewerage network models to support planning and design activities.
- Perform calibration of sewerage network models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze and interpret model results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated water management solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sewerage network modelling.
Ideally you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in sewerage network modelling and calibration.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard modelling software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
