About the Role

The Group Manager – Uniforms Sales is responsible for developing and executing the uniforms sales strategy and account planning. To drive sales and grow overall revenue/sales for Workwear Group. This role will own the relationships with major/key Uniforms accounts across both AU/NZ. The role will focus on leadership fundamentals to manage, support and train sales team members. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for Sales strategy and sales excellence: set and drive the sales strategy for the Uniforms business, including channel strategy and customer service levels, and drive overall sales excellence
  • Responsible for Account planning and management: lead account planning and target setting and ensure account performance meets sales targets
  • Responsible for Relationship management: own and develop relationships with existing and potential Uniform customer accounts 
  • Responsible for Team management: Direct, train, support and manage performance of sales team members
  • Continuous Improvement: Responsible for the continual review of processes and ways of working for your area of responsibility with a focus on improvement in collaboration with peers.

What we’re looking for

  • You will be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you will have:
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales leadership, sales excellence, sales enablement, or commercial transformation roles 
  • Demonstrated success in leading CRM implementation and driving system adoption across complex sales environments 
  • Strong background in sales process design and continuous improvement 
  • Change leadership experience and ability to navigate ambiguity 
  • Knowledge of B2B, tender-based, and reseller sales models preferred
