About the Role
Provide high-level administrative support to national Distribution Centres (DCs), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include invoice processing, ordering consumables, visitor coordination, payroll support, data entry, and KPI reporting. Oversee a small team of admin assistants handling incoming queries and HSE-related administration.
Contract role until 26/9/2026
What you’ll be doing
- Financial and invoice management across all DCs, including processing, accruals, vendor setup, and cost centre coding
- Timely management of internal and external enquiries, with staff support and DC-wide communications
- General administration including data entry, KPI reporting, contract labour timesheets, and visitor/stationery coordination
- Maintenance of MYOSH safety records, training matrix, and safety documentation for compliance
- Organisation of site events, celebrations, catering, and monitoring of warehouse consumables and ad hoc purchases
- Oversight of facility management tasks, contractor bookings, meeting room coordination, and asset service records
- Security system management including access passes, user creation and audits for staff and contractors
- Leadership of 2 direct administrative reports with full administration support to DC manager and site leaders
- Approval and follow-up of all casual labour timesheets, including issue resolution
- Support of broader warehouse and site projects, general operations, and training bookings

What we’re looking for
- 3-4 years in similar position
- Experience in Warehousing / Logistics / Supply chain is preferrable
- Experienced with Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- Experience leading a small team
- Strong communication skills
