About the Role

The purpose of the role is to grow the Workwear Groups Uniforms online performance by supporting the Senior Digital & Ecommerce Manager through: updating websites (NNT, WWG, WWGU & B2B portals), developing content, launching promotions, and providing relevant reporting. This role also supports the implementation of digital marketing campaigns through online media and CRM platforms that increase traffic, drive engagement and conversion.

This is full time maternity leave cover position to conclude on 21st March 2025

What you’ll be doing

  • Improving the NNT website by updating copy, descriptions, pricing and images.
  • Handling updates for homepage, campaign pages, and promotional banners.
  • Organising photoshoots for eCom products and banners.
  • Assisting in the implementation of eCom strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales.
  • Contributing to the planning and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Preparing and presenting digital marketing performance reports, and maintaining the Digital Marketing and CRM calendar.
  • Supporting the implementation of the CRM strategy, including email campaigns and automated emails.
  • Updating website copy, images, and blog content as per the B2B content plan.
  • Generating monthly and annual digital marketing performance reports.
  • Collaborating with the B2B eCom team to ensure client eCom portals are ready and launched on time.

What we’re looking for

At least four years in marketing with a minimum of one year in a similar role for a retail, apparel or related fast paced business.

Essential experience:

  • Experience is with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is essential
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (preferably Klaviyo & HubSpot)
  • Google and Social analytics platforms
  • Experience with email marketing programs and working across email and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in driving database growth and loyalty programs highly desirable.
  • Experience in dealing with Affiliate Marketing Programs and Online Marketplaces highly desirable.
  • High proficiency Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Power BI
