This role leads end‑to‑end quality control and assurance across production, from risk assessment and supplier engagement through to inspections, audits and post‑production checks, with a strong focus on prevention rather than correction.

- Develop, implement and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure production processes comply with internal quality expectations and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations through regular audits, data analysis and management of all applicable testing requirements, including trims and accessories.
- Manage gold seal samples and value‑add requests, ensuring samples are securely stored and available for production and compliance reviews.
- Support production readiness by providing garment construction improvements and technical solutions, and coordinating in‑depth reviews of high‑risk products with suppliers.
- Contribute to risk assessment activities, including completion and close‑out of risk assessments and ongoing mitigation actions.
- Plan and manage inspection and audit regimes, including setting AQL levels, reviewing TOP samples, approving shipments and conducting announced and unannounced audits.
- Review offshore and DC inspection outcomes to ensure internal, supplier and third‑party inspectors are applying standards consistently and making appropriate release decisions.
- Analyse customer returns and complaints, prepare formal quality assessment reports, and investigate and escalate recurring quality issues.
