About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to support and develop efficiencies for the Totally Workwear Franchise Office (TFO), across Operations, Category and Network Development.
What you’ll be doing
- You will be a key operational support person across three key pillars of the TFO team, duties will include:
- Maintain and implement group operating rhythms and cadences, and maintain file / folder structures
- Coordinate meetings and events, and support with post actions and outcomes
- Assist with network and stakeholder communications / updates
- Maintain and enhance network documentation, tools and templates
- Support with collation of information and reporting
- Assist with development and implementation of specific franchise pillar programs
- Work with our iconic brands, develop product knowledge, and assist with ranging input and marketing activity
- Coordinate store fixtures programs, and collaborate with the store network on territory development and footprint growth
- Develop a close working relationship with the store network, suppliers, customer service, and membership and service provider partners
What we’re looking for
You will be a strong multi-tasker with a positive can-do attitude. This is a diverse working environment best suited to those who are adaptable and eager to learn a range of functions. As a valuable team player, you will have:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office / team related or retail support function
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support various initiatives
- Proactive in taking on new tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
