About the Role

This role is responsible for administering our value-add job set up and maintenance of customer approvals, master data accuracy, customer order processing and for providing world class customer service to our internal and external customers.

Other activities include administering process adherence, providing costings, style linking, and value add substitution process and for providing support and assistance with value-add strategic objectives to improve service and reduce costs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide administration support to the value-add job set up and maintenance process following customer approval, ensuring that the value-add set up process is in line with business expectations and KPI’s are met. 
  • Administer the ongoing Master Data review process. Work closely with the VA, Sales and Support Teams to ensure accuracy and data integrity always of value-add jobs including set up information, work instructions, costings and job status.
  • Administer process adherence with enquiries received from the sales and support teams received by phone or email via the va setup inbox and provide World Class Customer Service.
  • Maintain the enquiries register for reporting purposes to manage capacity planning of volumes vs request type.
  • Assist with the review and implementation of Projects as part of the Value-Add Strategic Objectives.
  • Provide reporting details for the operational KPI dashboard.
  • Assist with Digitising, Sampling and Costings as required to ensure KPI’s are met. 
  • Create and maintain documentation for all value-add processes to ensure process adherence.
  • Organise the placement of orders for replacement stock required to fulfil shortages due to incorrect stock delivered from the Melbourne Airport Distribution Centre. Ensure orders are raised the same day and delivered within 24 hours.

What we’re looking for

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a similar business role
  • Understanding of end to end Supply Chain processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Good performance management skills and ability to resolve situations efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and analytic skills
  • Friendly and approachable with an unwavering focus on customer service [both internal and external]
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage own time and priorities to achieve goals
