Role Summary:
Health, safety and wellbeing Advisor works across all operations and levels at Workwear Group. The role delivers against strategic plans and projects targeted at reducing risk and injury to team member. The role provides sound advice, guidance and recommendations and hands-on support, as required.
Learning opportunity:
This opportunity will expose the incumbent to the inner workings of health, safety and wellbeing, including: what drives decision making, developing strategy, safety culture, project planning and various safety needs throughout the business.
This opportunity offers an exposure to (look & see) and some hands-on experience in incident investigation, data analysis, strategic planning, and will enable you to build connections with HR and the broader People and Corporate Affairs team.
Time commitment:
Flexible based on capability and availability (min 2hrs - max 6 hrs per week)
