About the Role
As our International Business Development & Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving global growth by identifying new market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and developing commercial initiatives that deliver value to customers across international markets.
Working closely with the Group Manager, International Sales, you will leverage market insights, customer feedback and competitive analysis to influence product direction, differentiate our offering, and support sustainable revenue growth. This highly collaborative role partners across Design, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing and Customer Support teams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure our products and market approach align with evolving customer needs and business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyse international market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and guide product strategy.
- Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies across product categories to maximise market performance and profitability.
- Research emerging trends in fabrics, leathers, colours, materials and product design to inform range development.
- Gather and translate customer, consumer and sales team feedback into new product development initiatives and product improvements.
- Partner with Merchandise and Design teams to develop and refine product ranges tailored to international market requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international customers, distributors and commercial partners.
- Analyse consumer purchasing behaviour and provide recommendations during range reviews and buying decisions.
- Collaborate with international partners to establish category pricing, product positioning and brand architecture strategies.
- Support the development and execution of international marketing initiatives, product launches, digital promotions and wearer trials.
- Lead product development briefs and manage the NPD process, ensuring product specifications, quality standards and manufacturing requirements are successfully delivered.

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years' experience in the footwear and apparel industry, with strong knowledge of product trends, market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Proven sales and key account management experience (minimum 2 years), with the ability to build and grow international customer and partner relationships.
- Demonstrated experience working with Product, Design and Merchandise teams to deliver successful product development and range strategies.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, including pricing strategy, margin management, cost control and achieving profitability targets.
- Technical knowledge of footwear construction and manufacturing, with the ability to contribute throughout the product development lifecycle.
