About the Role
Coordinate embroidery and sewing production workflows, assigning tasks and ensuring operations align with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and company standards
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate daily embroidery/sewing workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet customer expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support team performance through coaching, training coordination, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and allocate labour resources across departments and sites, participating in daily resource meetings to ensure efficient task completion.
- Monitor equipment usage and maintenance needs, ensuring safe and effective operation of machinery and tools.
- Manage consumables and components, tracking usage and reporting requirements to maintain production flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including daily safety checks, adherence to the Needle Register Policy, and conducting monthly Safety Toolbox talks.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Review and approve production quality, including embroidery samples and customer order invoicing when required.
- Record and analyse KPI data, using reports to identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on production processes, providing input on timelines, approvals, and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for
- Previous Experience in a similar role within a large-scale warehouse.
- Experience with supervision of a group of 5 – 30 floor staff.
- Experience with KPI and Labour Planning.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to Coach and Train at a floor level.
