About the Role
We are looking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and our team members alike. In this independent role, you will not only provide a pleasant front-of-house experience but take pride in managing our mail room, while helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality, welcoming experience for our customers and our team, while being the backbone of our mailroom, ensuring the smooth delivery and receipt of our critical product samples.
Part time position 8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 1pm Friday
What you’ll be doing
Front Desk and Customer Experience
- Welcome and assist customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a tidy, organised and inviting reception area
Administration & Coordination
- Management of mail room including incoming and outgoing product samples via our designated courier services
- International mailing services – including customs declarations and documents
- Coordination of office access passes
- Assist with catering as required
Office and Facilities Management
- Work hand-in-hand with Facilities Coordinator, providing back up for when Facilities Coordinator is unavailable
- Maintenance of showrooms and support ad hoc office coordination
- Ensure kitchens are stocked and well-presented
- Order and maintain office supplies and stationery

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a receptionist, facilities or front of house role – preferably dealing with daily couriers for either domestic or international mail (experience with DHL International a plus but not a requirement)
- Approachable and polite demeanour with a strong customer service focus and desire to problem solve
- Attention to detail, time management and strong organisation skills
