About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to support brand, retail and local area marketing for the Totally Workwear franchise system.
This Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager in implementing and managing marketing strategies for the TFO (Totally Workwear Franchise Office). This role involves coordinating marketing activities, supporting on key strategic projects where required, and ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining and updating a multi-layered national trading plan.
- Leveraging the national trading plan to execute monthly campaigns.
- Developing a deep understanding of our brand guideline (brand book), ensuring it’s always up to date.
- Guiding stores to utilise the national trading plan to develop marketing assets consistent with our brand book and campaign objectives.
- Reviewing and providing feedback or approval to brand and campaign material.
- Assisting our creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality content and activation outputs.
- Drafting and editing presentation decks and reports ensuring clarity and consistency for Store Communications, Town Halls, Board Meetings and Supplier Meetings.
- Leading logistics with vendors that support the marketing system, including promotional merchandise, signage, printing, graphic design, content creation, and media activation.
- Assisting with effective and regular communication of outcomes against agreed milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting weekly updating of the national marketing budget, maintaining related file and folder structures, and supporting ongoing maintenance of the franchise system’s corporate social responsibility programs.
What we’re looking for
- You will be a strong multi-tasker with a positive can-do attitude. You will have retail marketing experience either client or agency side. As a valuable team player, you will have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a retail or franchise environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support the Marketing Manager in various initiatives.
- Proactive in taking on new tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks with competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, from reviewing creative assets to financial coding.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, digital marketing and social media platforms. Experience with a Local Area Marketing platform is highly regarded.
