  • Scheduling or operations experience (RTO, training or workforce background a bonus)
  • A master of logistics who loves a well-planned calendar

You'll be the engine room behind WorkPac Skills' training delivery, keeping trainers, learners and sites in the right place at the right time across our three RTOs. If you thrive on juggling moving parts, solving problems on the fly and seeing a plan come together, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What will your day look like?

  • Managing end-to-end scheduling across training delivery, site activities and traineeship and apprenticeship programs
  • Coordinating trainer allocation, travel, accommodation and resources (vehicles included!) to keep delivery seamless
  • Keeping schedules, records and data accurate and audit-ready across our scheduling and contract management systems
  • Acting as the key link between trainers, employers and internal teams, communicating changes clearly and proactively
  • Working with our Compliance team to ensure delivery aligns with RTO standards and contractual requirements
  • Spotting scheduling risks and resourcing gaps early, and helping improve how we do things
  • Some travel to sites and training locations as operational needs arise
