We have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Coordinator to support our CEO and Executive Team. Are you currently working in a senior executive support or Board coordination role and ready for your next challenge? If so, this may be the role for you. This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with the CEO and Executive Team to keep priorities on track, meetings running smoothly, and communications clear and consistent. You'll be trusted with sensitive information and high-level coordination, playing a key part in how the CEO's office operates day to day. It's a role where no two days look the same, and where your judgement, discretion and organisational skills will genuinely make a difference.
What will your day look like?
- Managing the CEO's diary, meetings and travel
- Coordinating Board and Executive Team meetings and minutes
- Preparing reports, briefings and presentations
- Managing expense claims and card reconciliations
- Overseeing the CEO's social media presence
- Leading the Management Support Team
In simple terms, as Executive Coordinator, you'll be the CEO's right hand — trusted with sensitive information, high-stakes deadlines and a genuinely varied workload. It's fast-paced, but the impact you'll have is real.
What do you need?
- Minimum 3 years' experience in senior executive support, ideally supporting a C-suite executive
- Experience with Board or Executive meeting administration
- Proven ability to manage complex, competing priorities under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organisation
- Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
