What will you do?
As a Recruitment Coordinator in our Social Care & Support team, you’ll play a key role in connecting great people with meaningful work. Your day-to-day will include:
- Building and managing a strong candidate network
- Connecting with candidates to offer exciting job opportunities
- Supporting candidates through the registration process
- Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
- Completing pre-employment checks (references, qualifications, compliance)
- Managing recruitment admin (database updates, compliance, documentation)
- Supporting current clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Ensuring all placed candidates meet safety and compliance standards
- Collaborating with your team and the wider business to kick goals
