Hey, is this you?

  • Passionate about shaping products that power recruitment and workforce management?
  • Skilled at turning business and vendor needs into a clear product roadmap?
  • Experienced with VMS platforms and MSP or RPO environments?
  • Energised by working with dev teams to deliver platform improvements?

If you nodded yes — this could be your next move!

We're on the hunt for a Product Manager to join our WorkPlus team at WorkPac's Head Office in Fortitude Valley. In this role, you'll drive the product direction of our bespoke Vendor Management System (VMS), supporting the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program that underpins WorkPlus's vendor-agnostic workforce solutions across Australia. You'll work closely with our development partner, WorkPlus leadership, business analysts and client services teams to turn business and client requirements into a roadmap and specifications that keep our platform ahead of the curve.

What will your day look like?

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for the VMS, translating MSP program and stakeholder feedback into a prioritised backlog.
  • Facilitate the build, configuration and customisation of the VMS platform, working closely with the development team.
  • Coordinate UAT, quality assurance and defect resolution to ensure releases meet business requirements.
  • Elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders, clients and recruitment teams.
  • Act as the key liaison between WorkPlus and our development partner, managing the vendor relationship and monitoring delivery performance.

What do you need?

  • Experience in a Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role in tech, platform or software delivery — recruitment/MSP or RPO exposure a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass or similar.
  • Sound project management fundamentals — PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM certification highly regarded.
  • Strong business analysis skills — BABOK or CBAP certification highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with credibility across business and technical audiences.

What's in it for you?

Your career matters, and at WorkPac you'll be part of a connected, innovative and supportive team. You'll have the autonomy to shape a platform that makes a real difference, the opportunity to grow, and the backing of a company that values your expertise.

  • Birthday Leave
  • Reward for Service Leave
  • Employee Assistance Program
