The Group Sales and National Accounts team exists to take a national and strategic view of WorkPac’s target markets and present WorkPac’s recruitment credentials where business development opportunities exist.
What will you do?
The Bid Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the preparation of tenders, bids, proposals and other documented submissions in the pursuit of strategic business opportunities. This will include contributions throughout the bid lifecycle such as developing content, compiling submissions and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

What do you need?
A strong background in tendering, or relevant transferrable skills (for example, administration).
Experience in preparing written documents and submissions in multiple formats – advantageous.
Experience in coordinating bids or projects including assigning tasks, managing deadlines and collating deliverables – advantageous.
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Strong problem solving and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously or as a member of a team, meet deadlines, achieve goals and establish work priorities within a complex work environment.
High levels of written & oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and interpersonal, presentation skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new duties/responsibilities.
