About the role
We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our busy team of three working from home now and then a mixture of home and office once lockdown in NSW is over. Hours are on a rotating roster of either 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm and then on call one weekend in four or as shared with the team
The Rostering Coordinator is responsible for the rostering of our Health and Social Care workers across Greater Sydney and NSW Regional Areas. This is a challenging and rewarding role as you will be scheduling workers for long term rosters as well as last minute vacancies for a range of diverse clients across Disability, Youth and Mental Health Industries.
We need a team player, able to develop relationships with our workers and clients, understand what our clients need and manage OHS requirements as well as probity documentation. We use Deputy as our Rostering software and an inhouse CRM.
At least 12 months rostering experience, Healthcare industry would be highly regarded.
