We’re seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the Clifford Craig Health Foundation team with office operations, donor engagement, and event coordination. This is a varied role contributing to fundraising, research, and community initiatives.
The Clifford Craig Health Foundation is a leading health charity supporting better health outcomes across North and North-West Tasmania. Through generous community support, we fund medical research and equipment, enhance patient care, and provide education for clinicians across local hospitals—delivering patient-centred, preventative health initiatives.
As a Certificate III Business trainee, you’ll play a vital role within this supportive office environment.

👩💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- General administration and reception support
- Liaise with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Assist with fundraising events and event logistics
- Maintain databases and process donations
- Prepare promotional materials and support communications

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
- Administration experience in an office environment
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Database experience
- Current driver’s licence
