Are you a driven admin professional who loves to lead by example? We are looking for a Senior Administration Officer to join our Hobart team.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support while mentoring our Administration Officers to ensure peak performance. Reporting to the Admin Team Leader and taking strategic direction from the Operations Manager, you will also act as a key support for our Apprentice and Employment Consultants. You’ll be the central 'go-to' person, responsible for ensuring our workflows remain sharp, compliant, and highly efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the many diverse arms and businesses within the Intowork group, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Monitor and audit procedures to ensure every workflow meets strict regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert assistance in managing apprenticeship documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Step in to provide professional reception relief, acting as the friendly first point of contact for our clients and partners.
- Monitor and action complex data output reports.
- Participate in all internal and external audits
- Record and actively contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Identify ways to streamline our administrative processes to better serve our apprentices and host employers.
What we are looking for?
- Self-Motivated -You don't wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and you do it.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can explain complex requirements simply.
- You take pride in your work ethic and have a genuine desire to see the team succeed.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high compliance standards.
- You have a solid background in senior administration. Experience within a Group Training Organisation (GTO), Registered Training Organisation (RTO), or working with an ACAP is highly regarded.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior or lead administrative role.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a "can-do" attitude.
- Current, valid Australian Drivers Lic
The successful candidate must hold a current RWVP (Registration to work with vulnerable people - Employment Class) and undergo a National Police Clearance.
