Work & Training, along with our valued host in Devonport, are offering this part time Business Traineeship for someone wishing to work in the medical industry 👩‍⚕️.

As a Certificate III Business trainee, you’ll play a vital role within a supportive office environment.

Business Traineeships provide a dynamic and varied workplace, involving professional interaction with team members, patients and clients.

This is your chance to gain a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) – while working and getting paid. You’ll be supported every step of the way in a real workplace environment that values growth and development.

👩‍💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support your team with high-quality administrative & clerical duties, including filing, data entry, records management and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Build strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Reception duties both face to face and over the phone.
  • Demonstrate ability to adhere to confidentiality obligations.
  • Bring a positive, professional, mature, and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace.

  • Strong computer and word processing skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good literacy & numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience in customer service.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • A team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • passionate about providing excellence of care in a friendly, welcoming environment.
  • Drivers licence would be preferred but not essential.
