As a Certificate III Business trainee, you’ll play a vital role within a supportive office environment.

👩‍💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, buyers and vendors, managing reception, calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the sales team in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Prepare listing documentation, agency agreements, and ensure compliance requirements are completed accurately.
  • Coordinate property marketing - including photography, online listings, brochures and signboards.
  • Maintain and update CRM database, register buyer enquiries and assist with vendor reporting.
  • Assist with preparation for open homes, buyer registrations and general campaign support.
  • Maintain organised property files and office systems with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while contributing to a positive team environment.

  • Strong computer and word processing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience in customer service.
