As a Certificate IV Business trainee (BSB40120), you’ll play a vital role within a supportive office environment while working full time and getting paid. You’ll be supported every step of the way in a real workplace environment that values growth and development.

👩‍💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Scheduling and rostering for the team ensuring quality service provision and efficient resource allocation.
  • Analysing staff availability to optimise coverage and continuity of care.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant data within rostering and management systems
  • Liaison with the Accounts team to ensure payroll accuracy and approvals
  • Maintaining staff training records and compliance requirements
  • Providing administrative support to the Line Manager and broader team
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across rostering and workforce processes
  • Other administrative support functions as determined and in compliance with employment classification standards
