👩💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Scheduling and rostering for the team ensuring quality service provision and efficient resource allocation.
- Analysing staff availability to optimise coverage and continuity of care.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant data within rostering and management systems
- Liaison with the Accounts team to ensure payroll accuracy and approvals
- Maintaining staff training records and compliance requirements
- Providing administrative support to the Line Manager and broader team
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across rostering and workforce processes
- Other administrative support functions as determined and in compliance with employment classification standards
