🌟 Business Traineeship – Reception & Administration 🌟
Wormald Australia Pty Ltd - Launceston, specialises in fire protection services for the Government, marine, industrial, commercial and retail industries. Become part of their busy team in their Launceston office as a Reception & Administration Trainee, while completing a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) and getting paid.
What you’ll do:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff member, taking messages.
- Customer and Subcontractor Focus.
- Responding to emails and booking service calls in Pronto computer system.
- Greet all incoming and outgoing incoming freight.
- Ensure kitchen stock and stationary supplies are kept at a reasonable level at all times.
- Raising purchase orders for stock, materials as required.
- Processing Invoices.
- Updating Word & Excel Sheets daily.
- Maintain personnel database and Inductions for Field staff.
