Wormald Australia Pty Ltd - Launceston, specialises in fire protection services for the Government, marine, industrial, commercial and retail industries. Become part of their busy team in their Launceston office as a Reception & Administration Trainee, while completing a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) and getting paid.

What you’ll do:

• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff member, taking messages.
• Customer and Subcontractor Focus.
• Responding to emails and booking service calls in Pronto computer system.
• Greet all incoming and outgoing incoming freight.
• Ensure kitchen stock and stationary supplies are kept at a reasonable level at all times.
• Raising purchase orders for stock, materials as required.
• Processing Invoices.
• Updating Word & Excel Sheets daily.
• Maintain personnel database and Inductions for Field staff.
