About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Store Assistant to join our parts and consumable stores operations. This is a hands-on role supporting our boat construction team by managing materials, tools, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods and materials
• Pick and issue parts, tools, and consumables to production staff
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Keep the stores area clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with general warehouse and logistics tasks as required

Pre‑Employment Requirements

• A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one is required
• Right to work in Australia
• Manual Driver’s licence is a must

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or trade support role (preferred)
• Familiarity with boat building, manufacturing, or marine environments (highly regarded)
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
• Manual drivers Licence is needed
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems
