Apprenticeship - Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

If you have a passion for the food industry, or perhaps have a partial qualification in Commercial Cookery, why not join this team of dedicated professionals, providing Tasmanian food experiences, using local, seasonal produce.

What would this involve?

• You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract, & hosted our valuable client.
• Full time hours.
• Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays for the year.

Gain valuable experience on the job:

• You will receive training, mentoring and support to become part of this enthusiastic team.
• Extra mentoring and support would be provided by Work & Training.
• You will embark on valuable on-the-job training to compliment the formal training you will receive during the attainment of your nationally accredited certificate.

Our ideal candidate would:

• Be available to work weekends and different shifts.
• Have a genuine interest in pursuing commercial cookery as a career.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure, think on their feet and the ability to multitask.
• Be fit and active in order to successfully undertake this physical and demanding role.
• Drivers licence essential.

Wage:

• National Apprenticeship Wage Applies.
