👩💼 About the Role
As a Corporate Services Trainee, you will gain practical experience across administrative, customer service, and corporate support functions. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing front counter and phone reception services
- General administration tasks including photocopying, binding, laminating, and stationery management
- Filing, data entry, records management, and electronic document registration
- Preparing template-based notices, letters, and general correspondence
- Receipting cash and credit card payments
- Maintaining databases and registers
- Demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Undertaking other administrative duties as required
