About the Role

As an Operations Support Trainee, you’ll be providing vital administrative support to our Apprenticeship Employment Consultants. This role is a perfect stepping stone if you’ve already got some life or administration experience and are ready to take the next step in your career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with day-to-day administration tasks and support workplace processes.
  • Communicate with clients, apprentices, trainees over the phone and on-site.
  • Support business development activities, attend expos and represent Work & Training professionally.
  • Learn on the job while completing a Certificate IV in Business – fully supported on-site by our experienced RTO trainers.

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, you’ll need:

  • Some prior administration or life experience.
  • Confidence dealing with a range of people.
  • A current driver’s licence.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People registration.
