You will be undertaking an administration role, including document management, invoicing, processing purchase orders and data entry. As you learn more about the role, you will progress towards a customer focus in a professional environment.

👩💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Process basic financial transactions, invoicing and processing purchase orders
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Record and action customer requests using internal systems
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, record keeping and file maintenance
- Work collaboratively with team members and support other operational teams as required
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with organisational policies and procedures
- Participate fully in training and successfully complete a Certificate III in Business
