This apprenticeship is within a business dealing with the system design, installation, maintenance and repair of heat pumps - an industry leader when it comes to the provision of heating & cooling systems.
👷♂️What would this involve?
- You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract.
- Full time hours.
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
- Theory training conducted in blocks of training.
- You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
- Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
