Senior Account Manager in the BHP & Rio Tinto (Pilbara Region)
Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off | Hours: 9.5 per day
Are you ready to take your site engagement skills to the next level? We’re looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our team supporting BHP and Rio Tinto operations across the Pilbara.
This is a rostered role (8 & 6), working 9.5-hour days during your swing. In addition to your base wage, you’ll receive a site allowance to cover weekends and public holidays - recognising the commitment required to deliver exceptional service in remote environments.
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of Blackwoods at site level, building strong relationships from superintendent level down
- Drive proactive engagement with BHP and Rio Tinto stakeholders, ensuring our value proposition is clearly understood and consistently delivered
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve supply issues, improve transactional experiences, and deliver site-specific KPIs
- Deliver monthly “Bright Spots” to showcase value creation and commercial wins
- Maintain full site induction and training compliance to ensure safe and effective access across all assets
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in B2B account management, ideally within mining or industrial sectors
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
