Bottleshop Attendants

At Windsor Hotel we pride ourselves on our customer engagement, product knowledge, and fantastic range. We are looking for Bottleshop Attendants to join the team to work across the Drivethru Liquor Warehouse and the detached Cheers Bottleshop.

About the role:

• Delivering exceptional customer engagement & sales skills
• Ensuring the correct handling of money within the bottle shop
• Ongoing cleanliness and maintenance of liquor store areas and equipment

About you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality, ideally prior experience in Liquor Retail.
• Highly focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Have a high attention to detail and excellent customer engagement skills
• Ability to work a range of hours within business hours including weekends
