This role is responsible for bridging the gap between AI capabilities and business needs. The AI Business Integration Lead identifies high-impact AI use cases, defines implementation approaches, and ensures that AI solutions are measurable, scalable, and understandable to non-technical stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in embedding AI into core business operations and fostering adoption across teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Translate business challenges into AI opportunities by identifying and scoping use cases across functions.
  • Define the best-fit AI models and implementation approaches for each use case, considering feasibility, impact, and ethical implications.
  • Develop clear, engaging documentation and presentations that explain AI concepts, benefits, and risks to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions.
  • Establish and track success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business KPIs.
  • Support change management and adoption efforts by working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable prompt templates, agent libraries, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
  • Stay current with AI trends, tools, and regulatory considerations to inform strategy and execution

What you'll bring to the table

  • 3–5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or business consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI use case development and delivery.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering, LLMs, or GenAI platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of AI concepts, models, and applications, with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in business analysis or strategy roles, ideally with exposure to AI or data-driven projects.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of change management principles to support adoption of AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term strategic outcomes.
