About the team
This role sits within Central Services at Wesfarmers’ Corporate Office in Perth. You may also support coordination for the broader Wesfarmers offices as required.
What you’ll do
As Office Manager, you are responsible for the effective day‑to‑day management of the Wesfarmers Corporate Office in Perth, delivering a high‑quality, safe and professional workplace environment and a premium experience for our Board, Executive, team members and visitors.
This role is also asked to introduce and implement ideas to enhance the workplace experience, elevate service delivery and improve operational efficiency (and effectiveness) within the scope of the Central Services remit.
In alignment with the Wesfarmers values, you will act as a trusted ambassador and figurehead of the Wesfarmers brand within the Corporate Office.

What you’ll need
- Depth to your experience in managing and representing a corporate office or facility in an executive or professional services environment
- Demonstrated success leading or supervising front-of-house or corporate support personnel
- Excellence in personal presentation including sophisticated communication skills and a professional demeanour and approach
- Effective stakeholder and executive engagement skills and experience
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to demonstrate where you have introduced meaningful change in past roles
- Sound digital literacy, confidence using digital tools and systems and a willingness to engage with new opportunities to leverage technology in your role
- Pride in your work, your workplace and its people

It leads capital allocation and portfolio management for the Group and focuses on leveraging and enhancing the Group’s reputation to support attraction and retention of talent, securing investment opportunities and maintaining a low-cost capital.
