What you’ll do
Reporting to our Head of People Services and Learning, this varied role will support the development and implementation of the Corporate Office’s learning strategy. In addition, you will have hands-on accountability for program design, delivery and evaluation, ensuring quality experiences that deliver a meaningful impact for our team members and business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the development and delivery of Corporate Office’s learning strategy to continue building our team member and leader capabilities
- Develop tools and processes to undertake learning needs analysis
- Work closely with our Corporate Office teams to create or source learning solutions
- Source and commercially manage external learning providers and contracts
- Effectively manage our LMS and drive continuous improvement of the system
- Develop and implement training related data and reporting to track compliance, build targeted learning solutions and provide meaningful and actionable insights to senior leaders
- Partner with our HR team to support key cyclical activities including talent reviews and engagement surveys
What you’ll need
- Significant experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Experience in designing, developing and delivering learning programs
- Proven ability to undertake learning needs analysis for both the technical and professional development requirements of a team
- Creative problem-solving skills with a passion to deliver innovative L&D solutions
- Exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics simply
- Ability to collaborate with multiple organisational levels and stakeholder types
- Comfort in managing multiple priorities and projects
- Be tech savvy with a sound knowledge of learning systems and development tools
- A results oriented, customer focused approach to your work
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant discipline

It leads capital allocation and portfolio management for the Group and focuses on leveraging and enhancing the Group’s reputation to support attraction and retention of talent, securing investment opportunities and maintaining a low-cost capital.
