The Opportunity

As the CX / UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping seamless and uplifting customer journeys across our digital ecosystem. Working within the Customer Experience team and delivery squads, you’ll use UX insights and market research to design connected experiences that align with our customer-centric mission. Your work will directly influence how customers interact with our platforms, ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and execute customer experiences and user interfaces, including new designs and graphic UI elements.
  • Develop and implement intuitive, user-centred solutions based on technical and business requirements.
  • Create prototypes and conceptual designs that bring product ideas to life.
  • Analyse UX insights and customer behaviours to inform design decisions and optimise the customer journey.
  • Build customer journey maps, user flows, and documentation to support design and development.
  • Validate that CX strategies align with broader company objectives.
  • Advocate for best practices and stay up to date with industry trends to enhance digital performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Technology, and Customer Support.
  • Ensure alignment with the OneDigital customer experience mission and vision.

What you'll bring to the table

  • Proven experience as a CX / UX Designer, ideally in high-volume digital environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and iterative development methodologies.
  • Experience designing both digital and in-store physical interactions.
  • Passionate about CX / UX design with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly analytical with a strategic focus on customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to create efficiencies, innovate, and drive customer engagement and growth.
  • Skilled in developing customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar design platforms.

Nice to haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of CX / UX design experience.
  • 1+ years of experience mentoring Junior Designers.
