About the team

This role sits within HR & Central Services Team at Wesfarmers’ Corporate Office in Perth. You may also support coordination for the broader Wesfarmers offices as required.

What you’ll do

A key front-of-house role supporting the Wesfarmers Corporate Office, this position is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming and well-managed reception experience.

As the first point of contact for visitors, callers and correspondence, you will play an important role in representing the Wesfarmers brand, ensuring a safe and secure workplace, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a high-profile corporate environment.

Reporting to our Office Manager, you will:

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality front‑of‑house experience for all visitors and stakeholders
  • Manage all visitor interactions, including check-in, host coordination and movement through the office
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, hospitality and day-to-day workplace logistics
  • Oversee reception administration including calls, inboxes, mail and courier distribution
  • Maintain a safe, secure and well-presented reception environment, supporting compliance and workplace standards

What you’ll need

We are seeking a professional, personable and highly organised Receptionist to deliver a high-quality front‑of‑house experience within the Wesfarmers Corporate Office.

Ideally you will arrive with:

  • Proven experience in a corporate reception or front‑of‑house role, preferably within a professional services or head office environment
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, presentation and service
  • Sound administrative and digital skills, including experience managing calls, inboxes and day‑to‑day coordination tasks
  • High levels of discretion, judgement and personal presentation consistent with a corporate office environment
