About the team

We are building a cross-skilled and diverse Technology team focused on engaging the business, understanding strategic drivers, co-creating value-adding solutions and pushing technical boundaries to innovate and deliver excellence to the Corporate Office. With a clear data driven vision, plus all the tools and learning you will need, the tone is set for success.

What you’ll do

Reporting to our Head of Technology Strategy and Delivery, this role will lead the development and execution of the GenAI strategy for Corporate Office, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will design and deploy AI models and data solutions which enhance operational efficiency and data-driven insights.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where GenAI can drive automation, improve reporting, and enhance decision-making. Working closely with technology, cyber and data teams you will oversee the successful design of an integrated AI delivery platform.

By actively engaging with stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to enhance program outcomes and drive continuous improvement. The aim is to ensure that the business benefits from cutting-edge technology solutions, leading to improved ways of working and operational excellence across all departments.

What you’ll need

  • Hands-on experience in delivering technology, data and AI solutions
  • Proficiency in GenAI models, NLP, LLMs, and AI tools/platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI)
  • Strong knowledge of modern cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, automated data governance controls and cyber security and risk management principles
  • Ability to deploy MLOps and AI model lifecycle management
  • Strong experience in data visualisation
  • Experience in Agile methodology and working in large complex data environments
  • A naturally inquisitive and analytical mind, and strong ability to problem solve
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics simply
  • A genuine interest and passion to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong people leadership with the ability to motivate a high performing, outcome driven team ensuring mentoring, support and professional development for team members
