The Finance Business Partner is responsible for partnering with all teams within OneDigital supporting the business understand their financial implications, project accounting, insights, forecasting and annual budget process. The Finance Business Partner will also take the lead role in communicating how the business is tracking versus budget and emerging risks & opportunities. They will have sound FP&A skills and will be tasked with setting up the business with best practice planning and analysis processes.

 

In this role, you'll get to

  • Business Partnering - Responsible in planning and budgeting processes whilst working with stakeholders to ensure forecasts and budget are accurate.
  • Month-end support - Work alongside with the Financial control team to ensure all required accruals are communicated timely at month-end.
  • Project accounting - Responsible for monitoring the progress of project costs, investigating variances, ensuring key supplier accounts invoicing is in line with contracts and presenting commercial and financial impacts to relevant stakeholders.
  • Reporting – Responsible for preparation of relevant and timely reporting to stakeholders with insightful commentary to enable decision making.
  • Data Collection and Analysis – Extract, analyse, maintain & relay data to key stakeholders and deliver insightful reporting through dashboards, Power BI, and financial reports.


To shine on day one, what you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or similar; CA / CPA qualified
  • 7+ years’ experience in FP&A and/or management accounting
  • Experience in financial business partnering
  • Experience forecasting and budgeting
  • Ability to implement best practice processes in relation to FP&A
  • Ability to produce fit for purpose reports and analysis
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to change quickly
