Our business is growing and so is our Marketing team. The opportunity for this OneDigital Marketing Chapter is to build a team and a culture that can redesign the approach to building relationships with consumers, harnessing unique retail data from 88% of households who shop with Wesfarmers every month. Working with best-of-breed tools Braze and Tealium, there is an opportunity to define a best-in-class marketing operation that moves beyond the limitations that digital marketers have faced in the past.
In this role, you'll get to
- Management of customer lifecycle marketing campaigns ranging from strategy/journey mapping, creative briefs, audience segmentation, technical execution, reporting and optimisation
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager & Product teams to develop integrated cross channel marketing strategies to support business objectives
- Pro-actively consider how direct marketing channels can drive desired customer behaviour in the most natural way for the customer (in-app, SMS, email, social media etc.)
- Drive multi-channel test and learn programs to optimise campaign performance
- Work to implement sophisticated audience segmentation strategies to improve engagement, increase customer retention and lifetime value
- Brief content requirements and collaborate with Brand Marketing team for template design, copywriting, video assets or other collateral to deliver high performing campaigns
- Measure and report on all campaigns with the goal of continuously improving strategy and revenue generation
- Work alongside OnePass Product and Martech owners to understand roadmap and potential new value propositions and then oversee the aligned go-to-market plan amongst existing OnePass members to launch new features and benefits in a way that delivers value to both members and to the business
To shine on day one, what you need to have:
- Demonstrated experience mapping customer lifecycle journeys across channels
- Experience segmenting audiences and an understanding on how this is used to identify opportunities and develop targeted innovative campaigns
- Experience using content to develop 1:1 personalised customer communications
- Strong experience in marketing automation platforms
- Experience reporting on campaigns and using dashboards
- Passion for test-and-learn to continuously find areas to improve customer engagement
- Desire to pro-actively collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent attention to detail
- HTML or SQL experience would be a distinct advantage
