Our business is growing and so is the Customer and Marketing Department. In this newly defined position, we're looking for an experienced Partnership Manager with strong ability to interpret strategies, create alignment through influence and back things up with analytical insights. Someone who is passionate about applying these skills to ultimately delight our customers.
What you’ll be doing
This role will be responsible for building and maintaining collaboration partnerships with all divisions assigned to OneDigital and this role. The role is to grow these relationships, identify opportunities for OneDigital and Divisions and fostering outcomes that deliver value (commercial outcomes) for customers and in doing this creating value for Wesfarmers Group.
Key duties and deliverables:
- Establish and nurture collaborative and constructive relationships with assigned divisions to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan, stakeholder engagement maps and other tools to deliver a robust customer experience
- Contribute to business planning activities including assessing and linking strategic goals and financial outcomes and balancing operational priorities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer and Change Management teams to develop and deliver customer benefits and enhance the digital proposition
- Ensure partnerships are in line with the overall roadmap and the OneDigital vision and act as a voice for Divisions with OneDigital
- Build alignment around OneDigital and divisional activities, features and products to enhance their respective customer experiences
- Understand each Divisions respective customers to articulate to the Divisions how they can best leverage OneDigital to improve their customer’s experience and drive value
- Liaise with executive leadership to ensure they are across any changes, progression and blockers surrounding the development of partnerships.
- Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to provide ongoing reporting, analysis, and insights to the divisions, and demonstrate OneDigital value and gaps and opportunities.
It's a bonus, but not required, if you have:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer management
- Experience effectively using data and insights to support relationship and performance management
- Organisationally savvy with ability to anticipate difficulties and opportunities and identify solutions
- Ability to establish very clear business objectives that are aligned to the overall business strategy
- Strong relationship management and natural rapport building ability
- A continuous improvement mindset (e.g. flexibility and adaptability in hybrid environment)
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in managing projects, strategic planning and delivering on time
