About the Team

Our Data Products team within OneDigital is at the forefront of enabling scalable, secure, and intuitive access to enterprise data. We’re focused on building internal data and analytics solutions that empower users across the Wesfarmers Group to make smarter decisions—without needing to write a single line of code.


About the Role

As Senior Data Product Manager, you’ll lead the development and lifecycle of our internal OneData and analytics solutions. This strategic and user-focused role is central to our Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) strategy, enabling business users to access and leverage data through intuitive, code-less interfaces.

This is a leadership role that blends product vision, data strategy, and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and evolve the strategic vision for DaaS capabilities
  • Lead development of data products that empower non-technical users
  • Partner with business units, analytics teams, and IT to shape impactful features
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement
  • Use business process modelling, data modelling, and UX insights to evolve products
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to drive adoption
  • Ensure compliance with governance and privacy-by-design principles
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams for seamless integration
  • Monitor KPIs like adoption rates, user satisfaction, and data quality
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a collaborative, agile team culture

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in data platforms and analytics
  • Success in delivering code-less, self-service data products
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, UX/UI, business)
  • Skilled in agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and iterative product development
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to travel across Melbourne office locations as needed
