We have an exciting, new opportunity for an Agentic Commerce Product Manager to join our team!
As an Accelerator AI Agentic Commerce Product Manager within OneDigital, you will be responsible for driving the execution of product initiatives aligned to our Agentic Commerce strategy and managing the product lifecycle to deliver AI-enabled, future-ready customer experiences.
Collaborating cross-functionally, you will align stakeholders and lead key workstreams to bring Agentic Commerce capabilities to life – from early concept through to launch and optimisation. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are discoverable, relevant and competitive in an increasingly agent-driven ecosystem. A key component of the role is being a central connection between the equivalent roles across the division to promote collaboration and alignment in relation to the Agentic Commerce approach.
This role requires a tech-forward, AI-proficient mindset, with a strong interest in applying AI, automation and emerging agent-based technologies in a practical business context.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and contributing to the Agentic Commerce Community of Practice, helping to educate, align and uplift capability across divisions
- Supporting divisional teams to assess, define and implement their Agentic Commerce strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment across the Group •Managing the identification, mitigation and reporting of risks to ensure effective and efficient delivery of high-quality, AI-enabled experiences
- Understanding and advocating for the customer, including how customer behaviour is evolving in an AI- and agent-driven commerce landscape
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify Agentic Commerce opportunities, define requirements and establish measures of success
- Evaluating possible solutions with CX, Architecture, Engineering and AI teams to determine paths to market for AI-enabled and agent-integrated experiences
- Driving adoption of AI tools, automation and new ways of working within product development and delivery
- Continuously developing your AI proficiency and maintaining an understanding of emerging technologies, Agentic Commerce trends and best-in-class experiences
What you'll bring to the table
- Demonstrated understanding of the Agentic Commerce landscape, including how AI agents impact search, discovery, decisioning and transaction flows, and implications for product design and digital ecosystems
- Strong interest in or experience with AI, automation and emerging agent-based technologies (Agentic Commerce experience highly desirable)
- Tech-forward and AI-proficient mindset, with a willingness to experiment with and apply AI tools in a business setting
- Analytical, driven, and proactive with superior people skills and the ability to see the bigger picture
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts (including AI) into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable with data and commercials, with the ability to derive insights about how products and AI-enabled features perform
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to build rapport and create strong working relationships across a matrixed organisation
- Sound judgement and decision-making, including an ability to prioritise work using data, insight and emerging opportunities
