The Solution Architect will be responsible for the architecture design of solutions within the respective business verticals. You will be accountable for the successful implementation of solutions, governed in accordance with the agreed architecture designs. This role will also act as a technical advisory role, helping partners and teams establish strong foundations within OneDigital.

What you’ll be doing

• Apply an understanding of architecture patterns and solution design principles, proposing optimised designs and implementing enterprise applications.
• Work in an agile environment with continuous integration and continuous deployment, and application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to build capability, ensuring simple, approachable, and accurate technology architecture and roadmaps in clear alignment with technology and business strategies.
• Prepare and perform options and evaluations for proposed changes to the solution architecture to improve business outcomes.
• Analyse the technology needed to increase OnePass’s member base, drive customer engagement, and deliver value for members and partners.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder requirements, monitor, identify, and assess emerging technologies, and provide recommendations on their relevance and value, along with opportunities to leverage new innovations.

What you'll bring to the table

• Written and oral presentation skills, allowing to meet with and present to executives, so they are across all key information and developing relationships at multiple levels of the organisation.
• Highly developed and demonstrable knowledge of architecture frameworks, processes, methodology tailoring and risk management.
• Play a role in intuitive team building, relationship management, coaching and mentoring.
• Deep technical knowledge with understanding of the opportunities & limitations of technology.
• Know how to develop Business Cases, Benefit Profiles & compelling Value Propositions.
• Ability to think outside the Technology context & articulate how to leverage IT for Business Value.
• Experience as a Solution Architecture or equivalent role.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Professional training and/or certification in industry recognised Architecture frameworks or methodologies such TOGAF8/9 or Zachman.
