We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead key marketing partnerships across Kmart, Target and external partners, while shaping and launching new OnePass growth opportunities.
This is a 12-month max-term position.
What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end strategic marketing programs across Kmart, Target and external partners, driving member acquisition, engagement, conversion and long-term value
- Influence OnePass integration across retailer ecosystems (creative, CRM, eCommerce and in-store) to ensure consistent, high-impact execution
- Translate commercial priorities into integrated marketing strategies informed by customer data, behavioural insights and performance metrics
- Establish and embed cross-divisional ways of working to improve planning alignment, clarity and execution efficiency
- Lead identification and launch of new partnerships, including go-to-market strategy, pilot design, success metrics and scale-up approach
- Own delivery of integrated campaigns across owned, paid and retailer channels, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute effectively
- Lead data, insights and optimisation, including performance analysis, experimentation, segmentation and continuous improvement of marketing programs
- Act as a strategic stakeholder lead, influencing senior partners, shaping roadmap decisions and providing performance insights for trade and executive forums
What you'll bring to the table
- 7–10+ years in marketing, brand or partnership roles (retail, loyalty or digital platforms ideal)
- Proven experience leading senior stakeholder relationships and influencing business strategy.
- A track record of planning and delivering high-performing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience identifying and launching new marketing partnerships or pilots.
- Ability to balance commercial, brand and customer needs to drive growth.
- Data-informed, action-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
