We are seeking a Head of Product & Customer Experience to define and deliver the product vision and customer experience strategy for OneDigital’s shared digital products, with a strong focus on using AI to reimagine experiences and deliver impact at scale. This role balances strategic vision with disciplined execution, translating customer needs, commercial priorities and divisional requirements into high-quality, scalable products that deliver measurable value across the Group.
What you’ll be doing
- You will define and evolve a clear product vision and roadmap, using AI, data and emerging technologies to reimagine customer experiences and deliver differentiated outcomes aligned to Group and divisional priorities. You will lead the transformation of end-to-end customer journeys across shared digital products, embedding personalisation, intelligent experiences and proactive engagement informed by customer insight.
- You will drive portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions, balancing immediate delivery with longer-term, AI-enabled transformation to maximise customer and commercial value. Working closely with divisional leaders, engineering, delivery and data teams, you will build strong partnerships that enable aligned outcomes and shared accountability.
- You will establish and uplift modern product and customer experience ways of working, including discovery, experimentation, rapid prototyping and outcome-based delivery, with AI embedded by design. You will also build and lead a high-performing team, supporting capability development in product management and experience design.
- In addition, you will ensure products are delivered in line with Group standards across security, privacy, accessibility and responsible AI use. Through continuous optimisation, experimentation and insight-led decision making, you will drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and overall product performance.
What you'll bring to the table
- Senior leadership experience in product management and customer experience within large‑scale digital or platform environments. We value breadth of experience and transferable capability, and encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
- Product strategy and portfolio management; AI‑informed product and CX design; customer research and insight; commercial acumen; outcome‑based delivery; executive stakeholder influence; inclusive people leadership.
- Experience in digital platforms, product analytics, experimentation platforms, customer research tools, AI/ML‑enabled products and agile product management tooling.
- Customer‑obsessed, curious about AI and emerging technology, collaborative, empathetic, commercially minded, and comfortable leading transformation in complex environments.
