Our business is growing and so is the Technology Department. In this newly defined position, we're looking for a Cyber Security Manager with strong business instincts and management experience. Someone who is passionate about applying these skills to lead teams, drive smarter product decisions, and ultimately delight our customers
In this role, you'll get to
Provide security leadership, strategy, stakeholder management and governance to OnePass
- Oversee the OnePass cyber security function
- Ensure appropriate security controls are in place and maintained within OnePass
- Validate the ongoing effectiveness of security controls and adapt/evolve as necessary
- Keep the business safe while ensuring our teams are empowered and enabled to move at pace
- Collaborate with peers across the broader Wesfarmers group
- Provide oversight of cybersecurity threats, risks, and vulnerabilities
- Implement standards, procedures and policies supporting cybersecurity controls within the business • Support the Technology and Customer Chapters in building out the platform and enhancing the customer experience
- Learning from your team while you share your knowledge adding your very own splash of colour to our palette and make it fun. At OneDigital It is part of everyone’s core role to ensure that no one is left behind and that everyone is enjoying their journey as they evolve!
To shine on day one, what you need to have:
- Ability to stay close with daily activities in this small team
- Extensive (8-10+ yrs) experience in senior cyber security roles
- Experience in security architecture in large data analytics environments
- Breadth of experience across design, testing, architecture, operations
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, sometime contradictory information, priorities, and stakeholder missions to effectively solve problems
- Adaptive mindset to ensure business and customers contexts are constantly considered
- Experience in AWS
- Experience in identity management
- Exposure to devops environments
It's a bonus, but not required, if you have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
• AWS Certification
• Azure experience
