As we continue to expand, we’re looking for experienced Drill Rig Fitters to join our great team, these key positions will take you across WA's Goldfields region, where you will learn new skills, build life-long friendships, and earn great money.

All positions are permanent full-time, with on the job training and merit-based promotions. Working 12 hour shifts, with a 8 days on; 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth, WA.

About the Opportunity

As a Drill Rig Fitter at Webdrill, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our modern fleet operating safely and efficiently. Working with a supportive maintenance crew, you'll carry out diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on surface and underground rigs in line with Webdrill’s high standards.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting inspections, diagnostics, and repair work on drill rigs and mobile plant.
  • Maintaining hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems to Webdrill’s standards.
  • Maintaining service records and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Collaborating closely with the Operations and Maintenance teams to minimise downtime.


What You’ll Bring

  • Australian-recognised trade qualification (Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience with drill rigs or heavy mobile equipment in a mining environment.
  • LV experience
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • A genuine commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen.
  • Must have a current clean Australian National Police clearance within 6 months, or willing to get one.
  • Current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence (HR advantageous).
  • First Aid HLTAID003 Provide First Aid Certificate (desirable).
  • Must have a desire to learn and be committed to progressing within the industry.
